At Richfield Equities we believe that our biggest and best resource is our people, be they employees, stockholders or professional advisers and we acknowledge how important they are to our future development. We believe that local ownership of an environmentally sensitive business like Richfield Equities is important because we live here too. We are committed to recycling as much of the waste we collect as possible. Indeed, our corporate mission is to ensure that every facet of the business operates under the proviso that Waste Management IS Recycling.

On this basis we support a number of residential waste recovery and recycling programs such as the Rewards for Recycling programs we operate in Oakland and Genesee County. We would like to thank all our partners in these new recycling programs as they continue to demonstrate that concerted action, on a local community basis, can make a real difference to our environment and the community's carbon footprint.
