RICHFIELD EQUITIES L.L.C.

All our operating companies under Richfield Equities run independently, on a day to day basis, with strong central control of financial and environmental compliance issues. Waste collection and disposal contracts awarded to Richfield Equities, Inc. are assigned to the appropriate operating company. In all cases the parent company supports the operating company by providing managerial and legal services together with all the appropriate guarantees and sureties.

Our principal operating officers are Mr. Bernie Rumbold, President, Dr. Fred Hambleton, Vice President and Mr. Tom Toppin, Secretary and Corporate Counsel. Together they represent more than sixty years of experience in the recycling, waste collection, waste disposal and waste reprocessing industry and all three are major stockholders in Richfield Equities.

Mr. Bernhard Rumbold was educated at Kings College London, England where he graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1966. He is both a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Chemist, and during the past 25 years has owned and operated a number of businesses located in Canada and the USA and he is the former president of Cove Sanitation and Landfill. In 2002 he, together with Fred Hambleton and Tom Toppin purchased Richfield Landfill after it had been closed by the State of Michigan's regulatory authorities. They were successful in bringing all the necessary corrective actions to resolution and implemented a RIFS and a CAP program that allowed the landfill to reopen in 2002. Since that time the operation has grown from a small integrated waste management company into one of the largest privately owned waste business in the State. Mr. Rumbold is now a U.S. citizen and he lives in Lake Orion, Michigan.

Dr. Frederick Hambleton
was educated at the University of Manchester, where he graduated with Honors in 1965, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Physics. In 1968 he received his Ph.D. from the University of Manchester. From 1968 to 1970, he was a British Science Council Fellow and carried out award winning research in Surface Catalysis. In 1970 Dr. Hambleton moved to Cleveland Ohio and since that time has been involved in ownership of several businesses in both the engineering and technology fields. In 1990, one such business, Xysys Inc. was awarded a Gold Medal for Technical Innovation by the Michigan Technology Council. He holds several patents, and has published over 20 scientific and technical papers in various scientific publications. From 1993 onwards he has been involved, together with Mr. Rumbold, in building a private, vertically integrated waste management business. Dr. Hambleton is now a U.S. citizen and he lives in Orchard Lake, Michigan.
